Foundation Physical Therapy focuses on providing exemplary rehabilitative care to runners and endurance athletes along with providing preventative functional assessments and running gait analysis.

Foundation's Mission

Through one on one care, Renee is able to provide a more personal, in depth and highly specialized therapy experience. One on one care allows her the time to listen and understand the intricacies of your injury and provide the necessary education and tools to allow you to help yourself outside of physical therapy. Renee's number one goal is to educate you on how to help yourself. Through one on one care and detailed education, patients are able to implement changes in their daily lives that often allow them to get better more quickly than in a traditional physical therapy setting.

Renee also performs in-depth movement assessments and running gait analysis as a "check-up" service, with the intention of pre-empting possible dysfunctions, which may have the potential of becoming problems, if left untreated. This type of service is ideal for a runner or endurance athlete that may be embarking on a new training program or would like to enhance their current training regimen.

Renee got me to my first Marathon starting line injury free. This was after three failed attempts on my own. Renee is the best and I have and will continue to recommend her to any runner who wants to avoid injury or recover from an injury.
