Kona Bound!

I got to know Renee through my wife, who was utilizing her coaching services. I saw my fragile wife’s legs transform into a cyborg and she was catching up to me both in the bike and the run practices.

Three years ago I decided I really wanted to go back to Kona, the Ironman World Championships. During my 50-59 age categories, I have competed 4 times and placed, 5th, 4th and 2nd, but was unable to qualify for Kona. Never could get the strong bike to run I used to have. Changes were taking place to my body and despite research and trials, I could not figure out what to do.

This is when I decided to reach out to Foundation Therapy and Endurance to help me with my goal and various aliments. Renee’s expertise cured my various shoulder issues in one session. It was just amazing.

During the last threes of my pursuit towards Kona, my goal races were deferred many times until this month (June 2022 at Ironman Des Moines), when I was finally was able to test Renee’s regimen.

The result: my 10th Kona qualification!

Of course, part of this success is surely my work but I could not have accomplished this qualification without her regimen.

Renee’s training program is for those who seek long term health/ fitness improvements which will naturally lead to successful achievements in triathlon or any other endurance sports.

If you don’t believe me, just watch an “old guy”, Tosh Ueda perform in Kona!
