Building a Foundation

Renee Hodges founded Foundation Physical Therapy and Endurance Coaching, in 2014, with the sole intention of providing exemplary rehabilitative care and coaching to runners and endurance athletes. The physical therapy care provided by Renee is one on one, which cannot be found in a traditional physical therapy setting.  One on one patient to therapist care is designed to help each patient reach his or her unique goals through extensive education and guidance towards independence in health and longevity in sport.

Renee is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and has practiced in the orthopedic setting, since earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in 2003. Over the years, she has developed a niche practice of treating runners and endurance athletes.

Renee has been running since she was in under graduate school in the late 1990's. She has completed numerous Marathons (including participating in Boston), an Ultramarathon, numerous Triathlons (3 x Ironman finisher) and has a strong love for trail running and racing.  She has been involved in the Arizona endurance community for over 17 years and is an ITCA Certified Triathlon Coach.
