Foundation Physical Therapy and Endurance Coaching offers interval training sessions with a specific focus on mobility, strength, aerobic and anaerobic training necessary to be a healthy, efficient and sustainable athlete. The class is educational, fun and includes information that you can take home to incorporate in your own daily routine.
5:30 AM - 6:30 AM
Cost: $5 per athlete
What to bring: Yourself and your friends! Dress as if you are going for a run and please bring a towel or yoga mat and water.
What to expect:
Come ready to learn: each workout will have a specific focus and will provide you with tools and tricks to integrate into your personal workout routine.
You will be coached and provided with feedback on form.
The workouts will be scaled to all abilities.
