Foundation Physical Therapy and Endurance Coaching offers interval training sessions with a specific focus on mobility, strength, aerobic and anaerobic training necessary to be a healthy, efficient and sustainable athlete.  The class is educational, fun and includes information that you can take home to incorporate in your own daily routine.

Cost: $5 per athlete 

Where: Discovery Park (NW corner of Greenfield and Pecos Roads). RAMADA G. 

What to bring: Yourself and your friends!  Dress as if you are going for a run and please bring a towel or yoga mat and water.

What to expect:

  • Come ready to learn:  each workout will have a specific focus and will provide you with tools and tricks to integrate into your personal workout routine.

  • You will be coached and provided with feedback on form.

  • The workouts will be scaled to all abilities.
